Don’t Get Sick

I have a secret for staying healthy in sick season. My family and I have used this for years and warded off countless colds and sore throats. I’ve shared the “secret” with a few friends, and every single one has told me it changed their life.

It’s super simple, but before I give you the recipe, I have to share two important tips. First, you have got to catch the cold early. The minute you feel something coming on, whip up one of these bad boys and drink it. Seriously, it only works if you catch it early. Second, young kids will happily drink it (and sometimes even request it) if you call it “red juice.”

  • At first sign of illness, mix all ingredients thoroughly in a glass.
  • Drink up.
  • Repeat every 4-12 hours until you’re back to feeling 100%.
  • If possible, get some more sleep than usual.
