Hello! I’m happy you’re here. I’m new to blogging, but I’ve got things to share and figured I’d try it out.

I live in New York City with my wonderful husband and two sweet and spicy sons. Hubby and I spend most of our time working, cleaning up toys, cutting food into small pieces, and talking about how tired we are. Every once in a while we go on a date, and it. feels. fantastic.

A couple of years ago, I traded in my subway pass for a bright orange bike and I ride along the river to work each day. I practice yoga mostly Vinyasa, but sometimes Forrest. I love superfood smoothies, red wine, reading, discarding (Marie Kondo style) and thinking. I spend a lot of mental energy trying to optimize my life; hopefully you’ll find some of my Life Hacks useful.

I’m an introverted extrovert or an extroverted introvert, depending on my mood. I enjoy reducing waste and saving money. I love French breakfast: espresso, poached eggs, mixed greens, and a croissant. I prioritize function over form, but you can’t beat both.
